LOWER SECONDARY
Aspired to help learners prepare for life, and develop an informed curiosity and a lasting passion for learning, our Middle Years curriculum at The NEST School is shaped around how learners learn, helping them discover new abilities, talents and the wider world.
Challenging, inspiring, culturally sensitive yet international, the curriculum encourages learners to develop higher order thinking skills like problem solving, critical thinking, independent research, collaboration and presenting arguments. By developing a global outlook in our learners, we aim to equip them for success in the fast-changing modern world with skills that will last a lifetime.
Reimagining Learning
Real World Applications
Future readiness and enhancement of skills essential for the learner’s future is organically developed through The NEST School Lower Secondary Programme. In addition to providing ample scope for learners to be agentic and to be internationally minded, our syllabus is developed keeping these requisites in mind.
Identifying Talents
We believe each learner has an innate talent that needs to be identified and nurtured. “The NEST School Talent Hub,” is a one such platform that aims not only in helping learners tap into their dormant talents but also in giving them the needed resources and guidance to nurture their talents.
Community Outreach
Through CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service), we aim at sensitising every learner’s responsibility to the community and encourage them to understand and address local and global needs through advocacy or direct engagement. CAS experiences help learners enhance their interpersonal skills and bring about their creative side.
